STERONORM is a food supplement added with plant sterols, with FOS, Guar gum, Caigua plant extract and Vitamin B1 (Thiamine). With sweetener. Plant sterols reduce blood cholesterol; excess cholesterol is a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease*, Vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function and Caigua promotes cholesterol metabolism.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5 - 3 g of plant sterols. Coronary heart disease is caused by multiple risk factors; addressing just one of these may not have any beneficial effects..

Method of use
We recommend taking one stick per day dissolved in a glass of water (150-200ml) after the main meal.
