Refund policy

In the event that a purchase contract is concluded outside of commercial premises, such sale is subject to Directive No. 85/577 EEC and the current legislation of the Republic of San Marino, which provides for the buyer's right of withdrawal.

This also includes online purchases made by the End User, excluding authorized retailers and companies. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the seller within 10 days of receiving the goods, by registered mail with return receipt, or by telegram sent within the same timeframe and confirmed by registered mail with return receipt within the following forty-eight hours, of their decision—even if unmotivated—to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating their name, surname, address, telephone number, a copy of the purchase document, and the order number.

Always within the tenth day, the End User must return to AQUAVIVA ITALIA S.R.LThe products subject to withdrawal must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories supplied at the time of purchase, together with the purchase document.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the end user. Within 30 days of receiving the returned product, AQUAVIVA ITALIA S.R.L. will credit the buyer with the amount paid, minus only any additional costs (delivery costs and any cash on delivery fee).
