SERENOX RETARD is a dietary supplement containing Griffonia, Linden, Hawthorn, and Passionflower with melatonin. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Griffonia promotes normal mood and, together with Hawthorn, promotes relaxation and mental well-being. Linden promotes relaxation (sleep; in cases of stress).

Method of use
take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water.
