Centella effect with VENEXAN

I bought Venexan at the pharmacy and have only been using it for a few days, so I cannot yet comment on its effectiveness. However, I noticed that when I put it in my mouth I feel a burning sensation on my tongue, which obviously disappears once I swallow it. Is this effect normal?

The effect you describe is due to the high concentration of active ingredients, particularly Centella, which can have this pungent, spice-like effect on the mucous membranes. From the next production batches onward, this effect will no longer occur because we have changed the way the product is made to make its use increasingly comfortable.
