Dear Nutrifarma, I have quite a lot of weight to lose and would like advice on which of your products to use, obviously together with a diet plan. I am 50, lead a hectic life and work shifts including nights; my quality of rest is often very poor and my diet is often not appropriate either. Thank you, Sonia

Based on your description, Safradex could be very useful to help regulate appetite, which may be affected by shift work and poor sleep quality. It could be taken, for example, in the late morning and late afternoon, together with Reduxlin at two main meals. As an initial approach, this may be one of the most suitable options. Have a good day
