I bought Collagenial 5000. The pharmacist suggested taking one pack per month for three months, repeated twice a year. However, on your website I seem to have understood that it should be taken for at least 30 consecutive days. What do you recommend? Thank you.

Most studies suggest using it for 30 to 90 days, depending on the severity of the condition for which it is taken, as an initial intensive phase. Afterwards, the pharmacist's suggestion can be used as an excellent maintenance and prevention strategy.
