Intestinal bloating and irregularity

Good morning, after a course of antibiotics and, more recently, NSAID anti-inflammatory drugs due to a stiff neck and trapezius contracture, I have been experiencing considerable intestinal discomfort, with bloating, irregularity and flatulence. I have tried some over-the-counter probiotics but they have not had any significant effect. I would appreciate some advice, including on your products if appropriate. Thank you. p.c.
