Hello, I am using your product and am getting on very well with it. I was wondering whether it can be taken for a long period, for example from September to March, as prevention without particular contraindications. Thank you.

Many clinical studies that have considered the substances contained in the product have assessed their use over periods ranging from 90 to 180 days. You could perhaps try taking it for 90 days, stop for a couple of weeks and then resume.
