I bought Dimacla for the first time as a replacement for a CLA-based product I can no longer find. The previous product contained 1.8 g of CLA, while yours contains 1.3 g. Instead of taking 2 capsules, can I take 3 per day? I have no medical conditions or health problems. Also, can I take 2 together at the same time? Thank you.

Good morning
The recommended daily dosage for Dima CLA is two softgels. You can safely take them together, or one with each of the two main meals.
