I have been using Urocyst D-Mannosio for some time, 1 sachet a day for 7 days per month, and I am satisfied. Now I can no longer find this product and all pharmacies are offering me Urocyst Active. Reading the ingredients, they seem the same but the daily doses are different: Urocyst D-Mannosio 1 sachet per day, while Urocyst Active 2 sachets per day. However, D-mannose and inulin are present in the same amounts in one sachet of the two products. Can you clarify this for me?

Urocyst Active sachets replace Urocyst D-Mannosio.
The dosage indicated for the new product takes into account data from the most recent clinical studies in order to achieve the maximum effect using the full dose of the phytotherapeutic ingredients present in the product. This does not mean that the product is ineffective when taking 1 sachet per day, as your own experience demonstrates, especially considering the presence of Anthocran® Phytosome®, which complements and enhances the function of D-Mannose. You may therefore continue with 1 sachet per day.
