I have always suffered from cystitis and constipation, with foul-smelling urine and inability to have intercourse. About ten days ago I started taking Gyneflor boulardii and things seem to be a little better. Do you have any guidance on what else to take and how to resolve the problem? Thank you.

Together with Gyneflor boulardii you could consider Urocyst 250 and possibly Urocyst D-Mannosio. It is useful to maintain good hydration and discuss with your doctor whether any further diagnostic tests may be necessary.
