Domanda
Good morning, after finding total cholesterol at 240 and triglycerides at 160/180, I was taking Ateronorm once a day (prescribed by my doctor), to which I had added Omega 3 pearls from another brand that are no longer sold. Looking at your catalogue, I would like to understand the difference between taking Ateronorm plus your Omega 3 Plus (2 pearls per day as indicated) and taking Aterolip instead (1 capsule and 1 pearl per day as indicated). From the product information, it seems to me that at the recommended dose Aterolip is equivalent to taking 1 Ateronorm and 1 Omega 3 Plus (not 2). Is that correct? And is it sufficient for triglycerides? Thank you

Good morning. The formulation rationale of Aterolip also takes into account the synergy between the two products (for example, berberine also contributes through various mechanisms to triglyceride modulation). Therefore, as a first approach we generally suggest using Aterolip and reassessing the results after the interval considered appropriate by your doctor. If the intake is not sufficient, for convenience you can switch to Ateronorm plus the amount of Omega 3 Plus needed, to be evaluated with your doctor. Nutrifarma Scientific Committee
