Taking a break from Collagenial 5000

Good evening, I am finishing my second box of Collagenial 5000. Should I continue or stop for a while? Thank you, M.M.

Good morning. Most studies suggest using it for 30 to 90 days (depending on the severity of the condition for which it is taken), possibly repeating the cycle a couple of times a year, with a break at least as long as the period of use.
