What are the benefits of cranberries?
Let's see together what benefits cranberries can have on the urinary tract:

- helps prevent recurrences: cystitis can in fact occur up to 3 times in the space of a year;
- It is effective against capillary fragility thanks to the presence of myrtillin which also fights eye strain.
- also effective for the treatment of fungal infections (mycosis);
- it is able to reduce skin blemishes caused by rosacea;
- reduces the risk of circulatory system problems, protecting heart health;
- the fibres contained in cranberries aid digestion and intestinal regularity;
- helps strengthen the immune system, protecting the body from flu and colds;
- rich in vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that reduces the damaging effects of free radicals;
- the acids in cranberry juice keep tooth enamel healthy, and the proanthocyanidins act on bacteria, helping to prevent tooth decay;
- During pregnancy, thanks to vitamins C and E, it helps prevent gestosis (or pre-eclampsia) which occurs with an increase in blood pressure causing harm to the mother or the baby.
