Bromelain is an enzyme that has been shown to reduce tissue (interstitial) edema, improve microcirculation and promote muscle tissue health. Thanks to various experimental models, the beneficial properties of bromelain for the microcirculation have been discovered.
Dandelion
Dandelion is a traditionally used medicinal plant capable of increasing, in healthy subjects, the frequency, volume and ratio of fluids expelled with respect to those ingested, through urination. The dandelion is therefore a drainer, an aid for the expulsion of body fluids.
Sweet clover
Sweet clover is rich in coumarins, substances with documented properties useful for lymphatic drainage. Experimental models demonstrate that, by taking coumarins, a significant increase in lymphatic drainage is obtained.
Orthosiphon
Orthosiphon, also called java tea or cat’s whisker, is a small perennial tree particularly common in Indonesia which has been shown to have diuretic properties. In fact, it promotes the drainage of body fluids and lysis.

Weber ex F.H.Wigg., root) d.e. tit. 2% in inulin, orthosiphon (Orthosiphon aristatus (Blume) Miq., aerial part with flowers) d.e. tit. 0.1% in sinensetin, bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; *sweet clover (Melilotus officinalis (L.) Pall., flowering aerial part) d.e. tit. 20% in coumarin, coating (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: calcium carbonate, anti-caking agent: talc, thickener: glycerol, dyes: riboflavin, patent blue V), anti-caking agents: fatty acids, dioxide of silicon.
1 tablet a day with a glass of water.
