Average contributions per 2 cps* ibSium® Yeast 500 mg (4 mld UFC**) FOS 100 mg L. plantarum 5 mld UFC** L-triptofano 200 mg AKBAMAX® Boswellia e.s. 70 mg ibSium® active dry yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-3856), L-tryptophan, food gelatin capsule, Actilight® bre fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), AKBAMAX® boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb., gum resin) d.e. tit. 10% in acetyl-keto-boswellic acids (AKBA), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, freeze-dried Lactobacillus plantarum SGL07 (DSMZ-25767).
Dosage and methods of use: take one/two capsules a day, preferably with meals.
