Plant extracts and melatonin
Serenox is a food supplement based on dry plant extracts useful for promoting relaxation; valerian, griffonia and passion flower can now also help to reconcile a night’s rest.
It also contains melatonin, which already at a dose of 0.5 mg per day helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag and at a dose of 1 mg helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

Dosage and method of use: we recommend 1 capsule a day in the evening before going to bed, accompanied by a little water.
