Based vegetable fibers, to improve the intestinal transit

The main characteristic of psyllium seeds is linked to the mucilaginous coating that covers them, in contact with water it expands and increases its weight by as much as 25 times. Its ability to recall liquids in the lumen of the intestine, inflating and increasing the intestinal contents stimulates peristalsis and evacuation.

Inulin intake leads to a marked increase in the intestinal tract of the presence of Bifidobacteria and lactobacilli and a simultaneous decrease in the number of harmful bacteria. The integration of inulin is very important for improving digestive processes and for reducing intestinal gas formation.

Promotes the sense of satiety, slows nutrient absorption. Guar acts as a regulator of the water balance, absorbing the water if present in excess (diarrhea) or releasing it when the intestinal material is dehydrated (constipation).

Apple pectin
It slows nutrient absorption. Its gelling and emollient properties are very useful for regularizing intestinal functions. In the presence of constipation it favors intestinal transit, giving greater softness to the fecal mass and stretching the colic walls.
